1. About BUDETZ

This website is operated by BUDETZ. Throughout these Terms, “BUDETZ,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the seller identified below. These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of budetz.com and to purchases made through the store.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you may use the store only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, colors, and images accurately. Display colors and appearance may vary by device. Minor measurement differences may occur. Product availability, specifications, and prices may change without notice.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

Please review your product selection, size, color, email address, and shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after fulfillment has begun.

5. Prices, payment, taxes, and duties

Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed at checkout. Shipping charges and taxes, if any, will be shown before payment. Unless checkout expressly states that duties and import taxes are included, international orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis and the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges imposed by the destination country. Where a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option is expressly offered and selected, the applicable duties and taxes are collected as stated at checkout.

6. Shipping and delivery

Products may be fulfilled and shipped from partner facilities in China. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Personal information

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. The store is hosted by Shopify, which processes information necessary to provide the storefront, checkout, and related services.

9. Accounts and information

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information and for safeguarding any account credentials. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized account activity. You may not use another person’s identity or payment method without authorization.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the store or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; interfere with the store; scrape or collect personal information unlawfully; or violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the store’s branding, designs, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to BUDETZ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

The store may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, carriers, tracking services, and social platforms. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer guarantees. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, epidemics, government action, customs disruption, transportation interruption, or telecommunications failure. We will take reasonable steps to minimize the impact.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue.

16. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply from the stated effective date and will not retroactively reduce rights arising from an existing order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
