How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Processing time
- Our average processing time is 3–7 business days.
- Depending on the product design and type, processing may require up to 7 additional business days.
Estimated shipping time
- United States: 10–16 business days
- Other destinations: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and begin after processing is complete. Customs clearance, local carrier delays, and public holidays may affect delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free shipping on orders of $99 USD or more.
- $20 USD standard shipping on orders below $99 USD.

Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. You can use the link in that email or review your order in your customer account.
My order says “delivered,” but I haven’t received it.
Please check the delivery location and contact the carrier first. If you still cannot locate the package, email support@budetz.com with your order number.
VAT, customs duties and taxes
VAT, customs duties, import taxes and related fees depend on the destination. If checkout states that an amount is prepaid or collected, it is included in your order total. Otherwise, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by local authorities or the carrier.
