EU Withdrawal Form

If you are an EU consumer who bought goods online for personal use, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods. You do not need to give a reason.

Submit the form below before the withdrawal period expires. You may also send any clear withdrawal statement to support@budetz.com. We will acknowledge receipt by email without undue delay.

After you notify us

• Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
• Keep the return tracking number until the refund is complete.
• You are responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless the item is faulty, we agree otherwise, or applicable law requires otherwise.
• We will reimburse amounts covered by applicable EU withdrawal rules using the original payment method. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide evidence that you sent them back.

Statutory exceptions may apply, including certain personalised goods and sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This page does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
