Selling price
The selling price is displayed on each product page and at checkout in the selected or displayed currency.
Charges in addition to the product price
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states that duties and import taxes are included, international shipments are DAP and the recipient is responsible for destination-country customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges. Internet access and communication costs are borne by the customer.
Payment methods and timing
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is authorized or collected when the order is placed or as otherwise indicated by the selected payment provider.
Order fulfillment and delivery
Orders may be fulfilled from partner facilities in China. Processing normally takes 2–5 business days, and standard international transit normally takes 5–15 business days after dispatch. The estimated total delivery time is approximately 7–20 business days, excluding delays caused by customs, carriers, holidays, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. Returns, cancellations, and exchanges
Return requests may be made within 14 days after delivery. Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns. BUDETZ covers reasonable return or replacement shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Approved refunds are normally issued within 5–10 business days after inspection. Order cancellation
Please contact us immediately to request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed after sourcing or fulfillment has begun. If cancellation is no longer possible, the applicable return process may be used after delivery.
Product availability
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate alternative or refund. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly by display, and measurements may have minor tolerances as stated on the product page.
Other terms
Use of the store and purchases are also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s jurisdiction remain unaffected.
